mjhGames Ultimate Dice Roller
Here's a FREE handy, dandy **wince** Ultimate Dice Roller in HTML and JavaScript which includes buttons for standard polyhedral dice (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d100) and also allows the user to roll a custom die by entering the number of sides.
Cool animation!
Combine any number of dice (like 2d6 + 1d8 + 3d20).
A Clear/Reset button to wipe all the inputs and results.
A Roll History panel that keeps track of past rolls.
A Clear History button.
A single, ultra-tiny file (7k) which you can upload anywhere or use locally on any device!
ALWAYS have plenty of Dice handy!
Also included is a version which allows for modifiers to be added or subtracted from the result/s. (Thank you, AB2014!)

Another feature that would be helpful is rolling with advantage or disadvantage. Probably much more difficult to implement, though.
The custom die can be rolled as "2", then choose which is odd and which is even.

I've just looked at it again, and as the roller shows the result for each die, it's easy to work out advantage or disadvantage if necessary, and the modifier is shown, if chosen. So, it's kind of built-in anyway, without the need for extra coding.

It would be helpful if you could add a modifier to the result, such as 2d6+5.
